Nice app
Nice app. Please add a shortcut to add it on the control center (when you swipe down from the top right edge to open control center shortcuts) so the app is easily accessible and can fully replace the original calculator app. That’s where I always open the calculator. Imagine you’re in a app then you need to calculate so you go home, find calzy to start calculating. with the shortcut in the control center you just swipe down and calzy is always ready to be used. I purchased the app as it has more feature than the original one but I still use the original one as it is more accessible.Show lessNice but
Simple and elegant, load fast, integrate as a widget in ipad side screen is really cool and apple watch version is beautiful. But: 1. Scientific layout is hideous as one’s has to swipe to reach some functions, I wish it fits in the screen somehow. 2. The x root y function is missing. 3. The AC button is hidden in settings and when it’s activated it appears at the results screen instead of keys screen.Show lessGreat and all, truly. However…
Calzy isn’t a terrible app. If you’re looking for an iPad calculator app, I couldn’t give you a better answer than Calcsmos or Calzy, but Calzy has some annoying little tricks up its sleeve.
The history feature is the biggest boast. It’s good for those who like it, but if your in landscape mode on iPad, there isn’t any possible way to hide it without utilizing the multitasking functionality. Stage Manager wise, the app works fine. It does very much so! But, why does a free app like Calcsmos gave scientific buttons, no ads, and amazing stage manager support (w/ sci buttons) for free? Day to day calculations could involve square roots, exponents, or even a trigonometry function time to time, so why exclude?
Another thing, the weird animation that happens when the device changes orientation is super weird. Why does that show up? Presentation? Function? What and why?Show less
