Highly recommend Professional friendly

Highly recommend Psychologist Helen Middleton. Very professional helpful easy to talk to.

Review

The lady was late ( not a criticism) so I rang the office.
The gentleman told meet to expect up to 20 minutes past the booked time.
This could be added to the advice on the email sent. It already says to log in 10 minutes beforehand, which I did.
It would have really helped my anxiety to not escalate if that was mentioned in the information email.
The lady was kind and professional in her questions.
Thank you

Easy

Had a disability medical assessment, the app was fantastic, no drop outs. Just had to follow a link and that was that! Recommend to health care professionals

Great means of accessing specialists

The app works seamlessly and gives access to medical professionals in a simple, easy to use interface. It pauses a couple of times during a standard consult which doesn’t seem to occur on a PC however it soon rectifies itself and continues on. Great app!

Great, easy service!

Highly recommend using this service, I’m rural and don’t have a doctor within 200kms. Script was emailed to me and the chemist where I could pick it up at my leisure.

No waiting room

How good was it to click on the video and the Doctor is right there, on time and I didn’t have to leave home. The doctor was friendly knew his stuff and no travelling awesome.

Terrible Customer Service

This company offers services out of standard hours however it doesn’t have the systems in place to support its proper delivery.
I was unwell and needed urgent doctor so I used the app to book a doctor. The doctor prescribed antibiotic and said it would fax it to the pharmacy. I waited at the pharmacy, nearly an hour and the fax never arrived. I had to look for another doctor and was issued a new prescription.

I asked for refund but they claimed they faxed it, but never made sure it actually arrived, until a day later. It was frustrating as I was unable to contact the doctor or the company.

Apart from not wanting to refund, what really bothers me is their lack of empathy and accountability. They just pointed the finger at me as if it was my fault, rather than take some responsibility and find a solution. Should they have taken a different attitude, I wouldn’t have asked for the refund.

Customers should be treated better, specially when they have been sick.

Terrible user experience

Was not able to pay via the app to be able to confirm an appointment so had to book via the website. The doctor sent me the prescription via email which I urgently needed and on arrival to the chemist I realised I needed to login to the app to pick up the prescription. However when trying to select the chemist via the map I was not able to. Then when I exited the map, to my horror I got notification to say that another chemist no where near where I was at, had received my prescription for delivery! Meaning I would not get my prescription for another 2 to 3 days! Once the notification disappears, the app provides no option to retrieve that prescription, nor can I see an option to identify exactly which chemist my prescription was sent to. As I am currently unwell, this is extremely frustrating and upsetting.

Great service

Easy to book, great Gp, ran on time. Only issue was technical- my iPhone auto opens links on safari that GP2U isn’t compatible with. Down loading the app is easiest.

Fantastic

Quick and easy.
