The update ruined it
It used to be so easy to find a meeting within a certain radius, now it is hard to navigate or actually find a meeting.
Love this app!!
I’m surprised to read that some folks have issues with this app because I love it! I open it and it has my clean time and that makes my day, every single day! And I read the JFT, SPAD, and can find a meeting - either in person or on Zoom - very easily. I’ve been using this app for years and have never had issues with it. I also love that I can “select all” of the text and click “speak” and it’ll be read to me. This is a 5-star app!!!

Newest Update Ruins Meeting Finder
I do not understand the logic of this update. Revamping the maps to find a local meeting was a bad idea. The built-in map to find a meeting is no longer available, relying on external website links to find local meeting times and dates. I’m barely disappointed, I have wanted to go to meetings for the last couple weeks and have not been able to rely on this app for any of that. I don’t know of any other apps that do what this app used to do. Sad.

Latest update is absolutely horrible. The in person meeting finder shows three meetings in all of Dallas area. I know there are 100+ meetings in the DFW area. This is not helping the still suffering addict or the newcomer. I use this app a lot too try to find meetings for the newcomer or my sponsees and even myself when I’m out of town because I travel for my work. Could we please go back to the old format please. Someone’s life may depend on finding a nearby meeting.

New update
This new update to the NA app is awful, he used to be able to find a meeting by just tapping on the app. Now you have to do so many things just to find a meeting that might still be on. This app makes it so difficult to find any meetings in this area to the point where I probably won’t use this app anymore. There is nothing easy about it it’s like someone didn’t care to take their time to organize the app the right way this time you have to search through three different webpages and enter so much information every time you use the app and then it also doesn’t tell you if the meeting is zoom or in person. For people that are supposed to be helping people with addiction. This thing is horrible. Like I said, the old app was so much better so much more informative and not a complete mess like it is now.

Update is not user friendly!
Why did you guys change the in person myg finder on the app? It just makes it more difficult to find meetings in your area. I would suggest changing it back . I don’t think the new feature is helpful. Especially to newcomers who have a hard time finding meetings.
Revert to previous meeying finder
I loved the app for finding meetings until the recent update. It was really easy to find meetings before but now it links to the website which is not user friendly at all. Please revert it back to the previous version as it was so much more easier to find meetings.
Gone insane??
I travel for work all over the planet. This app was my lifeline. WHY ON EARTH move the best feature out of this app. If I wanted to look at local websites, I could do that anyway. But the simple interface of seeing the meetings near to me is NOW GONE.
I have relied on that feature HUNDREDS of times in my twenty five plus years of recovery. And yes, sometimes it was unreliable. But not more than in 5% of the cases, if that.

Was great until update.
Why did yall change it? Now it’s almost impossible to find a meeting on the same day. I have to click every single meeting near me that takes me to another website just to find out it’s on a different day. Change it back and I’ll gladly give yall 5 stars.
