Awful customer service
I enjoyed using the app while being out of the country. However after I got back to the states, I noticed I was unable to change the currency type. I tried restarting my phone, and still nothing. I uninstalled the app thinking it would solve my problem, but nope. I tried installing it again and it kicked me back to the free version. LOVE this app!
With the global economy, I’m constantly converting into other currencies. This app makes it so easy. And I can choose my top 4 currencies and convert all together. It’s AWESOME!Thoroughly unimpressed!

Rates not updating. Beautifully designed app though.
This was the best looking, simple, forex rates app with Today widget out there. Trust me I’ve downloaded them all! This simply looks beautiful.
But it seems like the rates have stopped updating. I’ve had the NZD/VND stuck at the same rate for a week now. First I thought it was just a data feed issue, but it hasn’t fixed itself, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I got a new rate, but one that doesn’t move from day to day.
