This app is the best at what it does. The frequency range is a big factor in deciding which app to get and this app can go al the way to 30000hz is a huge leap from similar apps. The fact that this app is built from ios8 is awesome because it has a new interface unlike the other apps which are outdated.

What the frak
Disappointing big time. This thing should be free. The tone selector is horrible because it's a slider. It jumps from 15 hz to over 200hz. So if you want to experiment with specific frequencies, you can't. Wish I wouldn't have wasted my money on this one
Scared away the noisiest mice...
We were staying in a cabin with some very noisy mice in the walls - chewing and scraping all night. I put my phone in the cupboard where the noise was loudest, and left this app running. The mice went crazy! They squeaked and squeaked and then ran to the other end of the house and stayed quiet all night. I don't know if it would work long term, but it definitely gave us a good night's sleep we wouldn't have got otherwise...

It works # but noisy
I was being bitten alive by mozzies and downloaded this and nothing for two nights, it's not quiet so if you are light sleeper turn it down but it's a great app 😎

It might work on mosquitoes, I don't know, and living in Scotland probably won't find out until I next brave warmer climates. I will say that the mouse in my cupboard came closer instead of running away and my eardrums felt pain like never before!! Useless on mice and quite painfully audible to humans, so not recommended by me. Relying on good old fashioned mouse traps now!!

Great but...
This app actually works! It stopped a rat or whatever it was in my room when I was sleeping. Very huge downfall is that it doesn't continue to play the sonic sound when the phone is locked. Boo! ):

This is the best app ever. before I had this app I was getting bitten by so much Mosquitos and when I got this it stops!!!! You HAVE to get this app it also helps with dogs, rats and kids!!!!

Useless
Tried for hours to find a frequency that would repel the mosquitoes but to no avail. Researched on the net the frequencies of normal predators, male mosquitoes, etc. and nothing worked. According to studies, female mosquitoes are not sensitive to ultra-sound and all previous campaigns conducted at big scales failed. Do not buy.
