Changes that require PRM18 AppServer or later: 1) Default Financial Center when creating a new appointment. 2) Added Dosing Calculator to SigWriter, which can be accessed from Calc button next to the dosage. 3) The Chronic medication checkbox will default to checked if the medication is on the provider's chronic medication list. 4) Charge capture will use a new re-designed diagnosis search. 5) Add HID functionality to mobile.

Bug Fixes: Show entire message note history instead of just the latest note. Display primary care provider instead of practice provider in Patient Dashboard. Ensured that the PRM scheduling permissions are observed by Aprima NOW. Fixed issue with erroneous duplicate ingredient alert in drug screen. Added warning to patient appointment when the provider does not participate in patient's insurance. Fixed lockup issues in external patient list with duplicate patient listings. Excluded obsolete and inactive drugs from drug search.
