Single Sign-On for Practitioner Engagement (PE) into Secure Conversations (SC) has been removed. Tap the SC icon in PE to launch the SC mobile app separately. The SC mobile app must be installed on your same device to access. Practitioners can now dictate progress notes from the Progress Notes tab on the resident’s chart. This allows practitioners to dictate progress notes on the go. To enable, contact your system administrator.

Using your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, you can securely and conveniently view your patient's medical history, leveraging access to the PointClickCare EHR platform, to help you make better decisions and improve overall communications with senior care homes. Very good, except
I’m not certified for certain drugs, so I cannot sign approval for them. But either I cannot or don’t know how to get rid of them. There is no “decline” option that I can find.
So far the institution hasn’t been able to remove it. And the app repeatedly tells me I have documents to sign, when I do not.
That’s a bug.

I have been using the app for 2 years in LTC setting, initial glitches seem to have been improved but as of recently I get an error every time I try to write a narcotic script. It used to be time saving for me, now it’s just a hassle because I need to attempt 3-5 times, easier to head back to the office and use regular laptop.

Log in Failure
I love this app to see my nursing home patients, but since new upgrade the log in doesn’t work more often than not. Very frustrating. Please upgrade to fix asap
