Rarely works
App rarely allows service calls to be placed. You select the elevator/building etc. then type the issues in, hit submit and then it tells you sorry please call Otis call center. Useless.
Not ready for prime time
Try registering online - will not recognize the email address used . . . not ready for launch until they iron out the bugs
Great for "On the Go" Managers
My busiest Clients are those that benefit the most from this user-friendly app. If you want constant access to your building's elevator status - and the ability to place service calls and check status on the go, this is a must have. Very user friendly and quick to get into!
App Crashes
When trying to enter a service call - you enter the contract , then building, but when you click on the unit selection the app crashes

Great help seeing calls turned in. The app does run slow. Takes a long time to load. Love the notification feature but again takes a long time to load to where I give up and not review log.
