Pre Booking a time slot
When I want to book a taxi for a specific time it’s dispatched right away & turns up at my address within 15 mins. Which is great if you want it ASAP but putting in a set time it doesn’t seem to work & drivers are turning up instantly & if you pre pay on the card you don’t get your money back either. Very Poor App which is a shame as the drivers are all sound & easy to talk to

Awful service:
I find the taxis are usually on time but I had the most rude driver named Daniela pick me up she had such a bad attitude I won’t be using this service again especially considering it’s one of the most expensive taxi companies locally too, you’d expect the service to be up to par with the price you pay.

Very late pic up
So we prebooked our taxis form ema, we was the last flight back in and still had to wait 45 minutes! I rang when we landed ,got told the taxi was 3 mins away after ( I also had a message saying the driver was in the car park when we landed ) And that was at 11:45 in this weather is no joke finally getting picked up at 12:30am ! You don’t except to be waiting that long when you give the reception staff every thing they needed to start with

Bring back text message reminders!
Great app with regards to booking taxis. Ive always found the taxis to be on time with how long it says your wait will be when booking ASAP. If I could change some things, I’d bring back text message reminders and I’d like if you could have pre set addresses like ‘Home’ or ‘Work’ so you don’t have to search for them everytime. Other than that I find the app really easy to use and useful

Can very easily book from home to work but for some reason cannot book from work to home
