Difficult to use and bad directions
All round just bad. I'm sure it's fine if you already know the routes and only need live departures and tickets, but it's terrible for finding out how to get anywhere. In part this is because the algorithm assumes you can walk between nearby stops, but you can't if there's no safe way to WALK ACROSS A DUAL CARRIAGEWAY. It's bad, and I don't know how it has 5 stars.
It's also bad at consistency, sometimes using stop names, but sometimes using street names that don't match. It's near impossible to match up all this information and make sense of things. I really, really don't like this app and the company should do some user testing. It's bad.
