  • Bryan

I have no idea why people use train apps that charge a booking fee. This one is so easy to use, and it’s free. The only gripe I have is when I specify a forward facing seat I never seem to get one. Maybe that’s out of their control.
  • Five star as always

This app is excellent - just can’t fault it. Very easy to use and all the information clearly displayed
    Would recommend to everyone
  • Terrible service

Not only are the tickets extortionate the service you get is terrible aswell!

I buy a monthly season ticket to get to and from work not only does it cost £260 but honestly 50% of the time the train is delayed or cancelled. Furthermore cross country deliberately make it annoying to claim compensation on your ticket to deter you from refunding, like why do I need to go to another website and register to make a refund when you have a App?

The delays have made train travel so inconvenient it’s a shame there is not a rival service that does the same route or is use them.

Also, tell me why there is so little carriages for a service that goes to Birmingham new street (the second biggest city in the UK) 50% of the time I have to stand on the train because it’s full.

To summarise this service is poor and the only thing good about it are the staff which are underpaid because of greedy corporations like this.
