Ok two things, firstly when you search for a future trip and it’s not on the app yet, why on earth isn’t there an option to set a notification/reminder for when they do become available. Secondly, why can’t I add the upgrade tickets to Apple wallet? If I’m on the train I now need to show two separate emails or one wallet ticket and one on an app and it’s annoying. It can’t take much to add Apple wallet integration? Oh third thing is you can’t select a seat or even a seat preference, I realise this is part of the reason for discount but if I’m not guaranteed a single seat and sat next to some stranger in a set of two or worse, a table of four, then I don’t want it. It’s annoying to pay up to £60ish for an upgrade only to discover you’re not in a single seat.
