Downloaded to avoid Trainline’s booking fees while travelling in Wales. The app works, but it is not a good experience. As soon as I had registered I tried to add my address. The postcode search found my address, but only after I realised I had to tap on the tiny “>” symbol to select it. Tapping on the text (“X number of addresses found” or some such) next to this symbol aborted the search. Happily, it turns out this doesn’t really matter as selecting your address does nothing. It takes you to the manual entry screen, but the app does not populate the input boxes. Again, this is not a problem as, once you have taken the time to enter your address, the save button does nothing. Did no one take the time to test this?
