The app it self isn’t that efficient I’ve used it the first time since it changed and I needed up booking two booking as it wasn’t on my screen or my booking and then it booked another driver. Finding the bookings shouldn’t be hard as it is on a new app the trip should be showed on screen like othered

Do NOT use this app!
The tax company behind this app charges its customers even if the taxi doesn’t show up which occurs regularly. There is no way to recoup your money and the taxi’s are awful. I’m never using this service again!!!!

First time booking on the app, after a couple of stupid mistakes, it was easy. Driver arrived early (a positive) and the journey was very smooth. Can recommend.

Drivers don’t show up and we are charged for cancellation
Very disappointing service from this provider. They take the money from the payment method entered even before fulfilling their service. I had to cancel the booking as the driver didn’t show up even after 30 minutes and was still charged. Best to avoid this app.

Usman the driver was very well presented and a complete professional.
Payment failure several times.
The app started well but to be honest it’s become a bit of a liability. Three times now it’s failed to take the payment from the card, this means If you don’t have cash you’re knackered. At the start of my last journey the driver asked me where I was going to which made me wary, so I asked him if the booking had come through, he said ‘not yet’ so I asked it the payment would go through ok he said ‘yes’ ......guess what? Sort it out Speedline!!

Really gone downhill
The new app is a massive step backwards. Precooked taxis are now always late as they aren’t despatched until the time of the booking. You now get in the cab and the driver doesn’t even know where you’ve booked to go and I had to give my last driver directions the whole way! I don’t expect them to have the ‘knowledge’ but if you’re not confident around MK at least have a sat nav. Really poor now.
