The time of the drivers on app are not accurate at all.
It shows you 13 mins, then 15, then 10, then 14, then 8 and so like that. So the time I’ve waited today was 25 minutes! When the app firstly showed 13! Insane! I wish I could rate you 1/4 of a star...haaaligash
How is it possible to release an app with this many bugs ??

The prices quoted by the app are wrong. I was told £43 but when my driver turned up it was £60. I was told that the app gives estimated prices but the app says it’s a fixed price.Jayinoz99
A dreadful service
They are an agent so accept a booking but both times I’ve used them I get a message just before the booking to say they are too busy & cant fulfil the booking. Really very irritating when you’ve got a train to catch. And the call centre clearly don’t care a jot. I would highly advise you don’t use them if you actually want your taxi to turn up on time or at all!Show less122343322

Bad estimate of taxi fat outside of MK
Speedline will charge over and above the estimates given by this app to and from locations outside of Milton Keynes. You then get a late phone call advising you of additional cost with no time left to make any other arrangements for travel.
That makes this app and enticement using a false price.
I am considering reporting this to trading standards.h

If you’re going to copy uber taxis then by all means do it properly.
You display the fare prices in bright red font causing drivers to slow down, break continuously and take the longer route so they can charge you more. (With uber the driver doesn’t get to see the price of the fare until they reach the destination).
Also you take 1p from my bank account without my notice for several days. I’m not sure why this is. But sort it out.
You used to be a good taxi company but with the introduction of your metre the service has become abysmal. Also the app can never locate my house and thus have to book a taxi from my neighbours house. Very inconvenient!Show lessSWMXO
Update app for iPhone X
After upgrading my iPhone recently I am unable to use the app as it keeps crashing when attempting to input the destination address. Please advise when it will be updated.
Also why is it your asked how to get to your destination by your driver!!Mac Man

A few months ago I downloaded this app that I thought was going to be very convenient for my busy life, how wrong was I. I started noticing 1p getting taken away from my account from Speedline,
I didn't think anything of it at first until it started happening almost on a daily basis. They are trying to take money without customers realising. Another thing, I would book a taxi the day before and it would still be 15 minutes late, very disappointing.Show lessrhiannonmaya

Always underestimates fare, check your booking carefully as sometimes it changes the pick up address from the one You put in and the taxi gets lost.SAC28
