I can’t believe I’ve learnt 90 words !
I love this App so much I am going to pay for the full content.( My first ever App purchase) The designers should be applauded. Easy to use and navigate. The spoken Greek is lovely to listen to and as the the title says I have amazingly remembered 90 words I didn’t know 2 months ago ( ok I’m slow! Not the Apps fault) . Recommended to all. Great tool for learning but serious bugs to work out
I had been using the free app and recently purchased the extended version so I could get more serious.
My complaint is lack of explanation of what tile temperature means. Two default settings have these on and if one leaves them on, not all words in a category appear in the player to practice or appear less often because they’ve been deemed cool words that don’t need as much attention. While that may be helpful after one builds a vocab—deciding what are important words to emphasize—the default shouldn't be to exclude words, or at least offer an explanation of what that means so a user can choose what fits them best. I thought it was a buggy program; turns out I just didn’t like the app’s choices.Show lessdhhouston

I know some basic Greek already (less than 10 words) and want to learn the language for a while now. I have used other apps, but this one, already in the first 30 minutes of using it I have learned so much. Better than learning from videos as you challenge yourself to remember every word and the meaning.
I would only wish they had some sort of quiz/writing/other kinds of test to challenge you further but there is already some good features on this app that will help people of all skills and abilities surely learn the Greek language! Excellent!!!Show lessSidtk2
Memo is great for landing a fairly wide vocabulary of about 1400 words.
You can do a lot with this app before you start paying.
The good thing about that is you can judge your own level of commitment before you commit your wallet.
Do 40 minutes a day for two weeks and chances are the habit is strong enough to keep you going.
It’s fun too.
Use it with another app that teaches you phrases and verb conjugation and you’ll do well.Show lesslord Tregiffian.

We all learn in different ways. I’m slow to get words in my long term memory. This reputation works for me mainly because I can fine tune the Language input to match my abilities. I’ve tried loads of Apps and this is my daily tool. I play it in the car when commuting which take up no time but offers 2 hrs a day. Thanks. I am so happy with this app. It covers all the basics and much more. I will be buying the full after I master the challenges they have given for free! This is an update. Hi this app looks great but I do have a big question.
Have you ever thought of developing it for the kindle? I’ve spoken to several friends and they have said they would like a decent translation/teaching app for the kindle that they could use on the kindle.
There are books available but nothing as good as this. Maybe something to think about. 👍😉😄Show lessYet another anon
