Hard to Navigate
I am trying to change the language and it is not simple ‼️ I try to understand the instructions and end up frustrated ‼️
Day 2 and I have been able to use this Ap.

If I am not able to find the language I wish to learn, I will definitely be deleting this AP and finding a new one! Hopefully I will be able to rectify My issues tomorrow 🤫🙏

I want to be refunded! You said that there was seven days free but you charged me the entire annual rate!!!
the pop up screen with promo pushes me away from using the app
each time I open the app, the annoying promo pop up flashes and stalls me from what I was going to look up in the dictionary. There is no way to turn it off apart from buying some stuff I don’t need. It was comfortable to use the app for years, but last few weeks just made me feel that I need to look for something more handy when it comes to quick word search. very sorry to remove this icon from fast access plate on my dashboard
