  • Update not working

    Can’t even log into account and it says user not found. Don’t know what they did on the update but it is not working! Fix it!

  • Please update this app to be modern again

    I know the recent authentication update to MFA is in progress, but why Armstrong would choose to not to use biometric log in for the app, and make autofill difficult (this I get because credential stuffing), I just don’t understand. If you were going to bother to update, should have used modern standards and this app 100% needs biometric auth.

  • Disappointing

    It’s 2024 and Armstrong is a major ISP. Why do they have an app that doesn’t open and hasn’t been updated in over a year? They only have customers because, in some areas, there’s no other choices.
