  • YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

    This is the ONLY recipes I’ve ever found that are simple to make & absolutely delicious!!! Raw food living is amazing & possible with Laura’s wonderful app! Don’t hesitate, get this & go for it!! No more wasted expensive ingredients! Thank you THANK YOU Laura!!!
  • Good recipes, no tech support, app not flexible

    Delicious, simple, typically raw recipes aside, I can’t go back in time and mark something as eaten, and that makes me feel nuts! I work nights so my meals are off of a typical meal cycle, but in the app I can’t change when my personal “breakfast” is, per se, and so the app shuts me out of the yesterday based on the clock and if I miss marking something, then too bad! I also think the app is too touchy with “ate this” vs. “didn’t eat this” choices and the flexibility to go backwards if you mis-mark something doesn’t exist. I also cannot jump forward to mark “done” if I eat something early, and all of this leaves this hyper-organized girl feeling super frustrated.

  • Super buggy, doesn’t work

    I was excited about having a structured meal plan to follow, but the app isn’t working. I receive error messages every time I use it and can’t click on recipes, search bar, or menu. It is, unfortunately, unusable.
  • Beautiful app

    This is a terrific little app with delicious recipes and helpful plans. It is a bargain for just the recipes, but you get lots more!
  • Love it!

    I’ve done two 7 day challenges and have loved them both. Whenever I need an easy way to reset my system and feel great, this is where I come. I’m back for my third challenge and am really looking forward to it!
  • Rawtarian meal plan

    Recipes are easy to make and delicious, but doesn’t include enough protein per day (around 30g), which on average we need between 50-65g!
  • You'll end up malnourished if you follow this diet

    I downloaded this app in hopes that it may educate and guide me on how to eat a complete and full vegan and raw diet. Boy was I disappointed. Having a fair amount of knowledge in raw and vegan diets due to severe food allergies , I was very let down by the repetitive and often vacant recipes lacking in any actual nutrition. There were no recipes that included spouted foods, fermented foods or how to actually make anybnut mylks. Living on avocados, peppers,romain lettuce and nuts will not keep one healthy for long. Why romain lettuce I will never know, as it it one of lettuces with little nutritional value. Why a diet heavy in nightshade plants to begin with? There is a beautiful world out there for vegan and raw diets and it won't be found in this app.

  • Simple and Delicious

    I'm on Day 2 of the Rawkin' Challenge and I can't believe how simple and delicious everything is. The recipes are quick and easy and taste oh so good!
    I also like how the plan allows for leftovers/extras so you aren't left with an excess of food and you save in preparation time throughout the week.
    Did I mention the food is amazing?

    Easy to navigate and has any and all info you need for a raw meal plan. Very creative recipes so you don't get bored. Great pics!
