    This app is great. The recipes are simple. The challenges have a nice variety but just enough repetition so you can double up on them. The ingredients are normal. And the accountability is helpful. The only reason I did not give it a 5+ is because you cannot list and print all the recipes for each challenge. I would pay extra for that!... Regardless, this is a great app!

  • So easy

    This is the second app that I have got from Laura Jane, and its brill again its set out well and really easy to use. I really like the comments part where you can ask questions and swap ideas with other people using the app. This app really helps you to have a go at eating raw whether its for a week or longer or you what to do the 7day smoothie week just for a detox.
    The app has a shopping list for each plan which is really helpful. Just love it!

    Fantastic recipes that are very simply to create. App could do with some updating and fine tuning but apart from that is a very good app.
  • Raw meal plan review

    The app is very easy to use and the graphics are great. The only downside is the length of time it take to sync to the website but I'm not sure how that could be fixed.
  • Great app!

    I love this app, it is very simple to use, recipes taste great and I love not having to think about what to eat. The shopping list is a plus because nothing for me to write down. It is all at my finger tips!

  • 4 stars not 5 bc...

    Some of the week menus are the same and very similar. For me, it makes it a little boring. Otherwise, great app and nicely done.
  • Good, but could be better

    It's nice to have the plans, and the recipes I've done so far are tasty. The more 'beginner' style plans are great, but the road blocks come on the more advanced plans which also include a dehydrator.

    The problem with following these plans are that one clicks on the meal which displays at the given time for the meal, only to discover what one should have prepared the day before - but there was no note to do so the day before and so now it isn't possible to actually have the meal or snack as planned.

    If this is tweaked so that notes and reminders come up at the appropriate times, allowing the preparation to be done, then this will be a great app. As it stands, it is fairly good.

    I think this app is alright but would not buy it again. I was really disappointed to find that several recipes were repeated on multiple days in a row (ex. same green smoothie 7 days in a row for breakfast) and I do not think that having 2 fruit plates as snacks constitutes as "recipes". On a positive note, the app is user basic and friendly. If you want variety, this may not be the app for you.

  • Not Too Bad

    I have found this app very useful. One of the biggest challenges I have had as a single father with a busy career is how to move to a whole foods plant based diet and fit that into daily life. The key for me has been meal planning and this app just eliminated that struggle by laying out simple and easy to follow meal plans, shopping lists and pretty tasty recipes. I am giving this three stars. I think that it would be four stars if I was actually able to go back to the previous day and mark what I skipped or ate. Sometimes I just got too busy looking at the next day or week's recipes while enjoying a meal that I forgot to mark it. Add the ability to swap out a recipe for a given meal on a given day and it would be a five star app in my book.

    It looks great! I would love to see the shopping list before choosing one so I know what to buy before starting it.
