I like the app I like the features however in the middle of placing orders that are more than just a couple items a lot of the time it will just kick me completely out and lose everything I have worked on especially when trying to do a party I updated the app three days ago and now it won’t let me in says I need a new update update although there is none available

Update hasn’t worked
I’m a consultant and did the update 2 days ago. I have a iPhone. Talked to HO twice on Friday May 22, 2020. Now it’s Memorial Day Weekend and I cant get into my back office on my phone. Not happy at all.
Orders are currently broken
The most recent update broke the ability to look at orders. When they open the app crashes. Fix it and I’ll update the review.
Also, take off the shipping update feature if there’s never going to be available data. Either load in the info on ToT or just remove that feature of the app. Thanks!

Keep Getting Kicked Out
I signed in to the app to check the tracking on a purchase that has shipped (easier to check it this way than try to find the email in my email box). I just did the update today (I got a notification that I had to update before it would let me in the app). I go to click on my order history to track the purchase and it kicks me out of the app.

Notifications
I used to get notifications instantly as soon as an order was placed, shipped, etc. Now I only get the notifications the day after which is annoying. I want to be notified again immediately!
No search
After the most recent update I am no longer able to search for items. Instead I have to scroll through every item to try and find what I’m looking for.
New updated app
Can’t order anything from my iPhone XR since the new update. Frustrated!!
App Doesn’t Work
After the most recent update I no longer can place Marketplace or business supply orders. It tells me there is an error and the item is out of stock. I literally sat and tried it on almost every product. I love thirty-one products but I don’t have a computer so my business is done completely on my phone and this app. So when I need to place an order it’s difficult to do so.

Nothing makes sense
I’m new to all of this, but why do I have the app when everything takes me to the website? There is no point to having the app. Just use the website. And even that needs help.
Need to adjust app to be compatible with dark mode
I use dark mode on my phone. You need to adjust your app to be compatible with it. I can’t read anything on the app because the text is the same color as the background.
