Great Idea but clunky implementation
New to riding so downloaded, but everything from trying to find the location you’re trying to get to (doesn’t have half the listings that Google maps does) to actually using it is just too hard.
Search functionality needs to be updated.
Everything after search is locked behind a paywall.
The app doesn’t show the possible bike paths like the online version does…
Needs a full overhaul. Good idea, but I uninstalled because Google Maps is better, and free.

Not intuitive at all
I can't seem to get any navigation going
also I can't see the green colors in sunlight
once I leave the route it doesn't update to my new one I can't set home or work or save any places - it also doesn't fetch addresses by names (with contacts enabled) ..... very strange app - lots of work to do - not worth the money - two stars for the sleek look

Doesn’t update location when you take a different way
Great idea. I don’t have confidence with riding so loved the idea of this guiding me through quieter roads. It took me through a creek and where it wanted me to cross, there was... a creek! It doesn’t update its directions based on your location and as I got increasingly flustered, it was harder to reset the map to find my way around the creek. I hope it updates the feature. I’ll keep using it. But it gets two stars today because I almost had an asthma attack from the stress and had to get my husband to pick me up. I’m sorry for the grumpy review. Ps. I changed it to 3 stars, because it really is a good idea.

Watch app does not work
I bought this to get directions on the watch app but the watch app does not work. It just tells you to open the phone app--and it insists on opening itself and telling you that even after quitting it on both the watch and the phone. A complete waste of money.
Generally useful, needs UI/UX polish
The routing in Berlin is nice and lets you avoid cobblestones as much as possible. Three major downsides: the UI is confusing and hard to use (I never know which button to press to get what I want), in realtime nav mode you can't zoom out to get an overview of your route, and (a big one): the app doesn't reroute when you've gone off course.
Overall worth your time because of the superior routing in Berlin, but it would be really nice to fix these UI issues.

Never worked for me
I tried to use this app multiple times, even purchased the full app, and on my trips to and from Charlottenburg to Mitte and every time I had to stop using it and use google maps instead.
Please fix location pinpointing: The app never accurately pinpointed my location.
I was constantly told “you are lost” in the most annoying droid lady voice imaginable.
The app would not reroute me when I was off track, which would be a good feature.
It’s a nice idea but didn’t work for me.

Timing of journey
It would be good to have the timing of the journey included. Otherwise, great!
Unusable
With the redesign of this app, it has become so buggy that it is unusable. I used to use this app all the time to plan my trips through the city and now I can't even enter an address without the app freezing up, let alone get into the preferences menu.
I thought maybe the bugs would be ironed out after the first update after the redesign, but the app is unfortunately still the same - useless!!
What a shame!!
I'd be happy to give it a 5-star rating if it became useable again.
