Description of Every Door

This editor does not make you think. Just go to a mall, and start Every Door. You'll see mapped shops around you: tap on the checkmark for any that are still there, and add shops that are not on the map. That's the entire process: you can keep your entire town up-to-date thanks to this simple editor. There is also a micromapping mode for verifying and adding benches and street lamps. And an entrance mode for adding building attributes and entrances — which are merged automatically into building contours. Every Door uses presets and other data from iD editor.

  • Needs button labels

This seems like a very useful app, and I can’t wait to use it for surveys. But the buttons need labels. Currently they only have icons, so I’m not entirely sure what they all are for.
  • Easy-to-use OpenStreetMap POI editor

Excellent app to contribute new OSM POIs, update/correct existing data. Especially useful for mapping objects under tree cover (hidden in satellite images) and where no street-level images exist (no Bing/TomTom, KartaView or Mapillary). Must-have tool for OSM contributor toolbox! (OsmAnd a good companion; useful for other OSM tasks)
