  • Closed account because their system did not track my progress

    I am being punished for the shortcomings of their tracking system. I played several games and for whatever reason they didn’t get tracked even though I gave full access to everything and agreed to let them track my progress. I wasn’t aware that there was a limit of this happening and then they would close your account. I understand why they have such a thing in place because this could give cause to abuse their system. I played these games honestly, I put HOURS of my time, and I put money into these games to get to the goal in the proper amount of time. I did nothing wrong. I gave full access to these games thinking that Swagbucks would have tracked my progress and paid me accordingly. Because their system didn’t work for whatever reason I now have my account closed and no longer have access to the money that I am owed. I put in the time money and effort into doing this. I have over $600 credits in my account that I need to change into money in order to pay my bills. Because of this, I can’t get in there to get my money to pay my bills like rent and utilities. I spoke with customer support and they said my case is closed and there’s nothing they can do. I am asking and begging. Please reconsider this and reinstate my account. I did nothing wrong. It was all Swagbucks not tracking my progress.

  • Middle of the road

    Had an issue with them disabling my account for no reason and not releasing +1,000 SBs which soured my experience. However, eventually issue was resolved and SBs returned.

    Good way of building up a bit of credit over time, but the number of times you get 10mins into a survey and they say you’re not a good fit, is annoying. I’m also very convinced that some surveys get the stats they need and then say you aren’t a good fit just to not give SBs.

    Have had issues a few times with converting game progress to SBs as well. A lot of time you meet the level criteria on games, track progress in app, and SBs don’t arrive. This needs sorting.

  • Small side hustle

    You’re definitely not making millions, no matter what you answer most surveys will not be for you and you have to just keep trying them until 1 fits which is kind of annoying. You do get a deal of the day coupon. If it’s something you’re interested in great you get a coupon for it. You can submit any coupon from any store and get a couple points. You can also look on their list and see if you purchased any of the items that they’ve listed and also earn more points so you’re not gonna make a ton of money which is pretty time consuming. I’ve been playing for a couple weeks and points off of games yet but I have submitted receipts and surveys so I guess it’s just a waiting game on playing games I’ll definitely come back in a few weeks and do another review, and see if I get anything off of the games. sometimes the app does not except your receipts and you have to keep trying to submit them and/or contact customer service kind of another downfall but hopefully with more people join the more bugs they’ll fix. I hope they do. I guess I’m invested at this point.

  • Customer service

    2 stars cause their most recent customer service are just lazy. I submitted a receipt for points. Followed everything, the system flagged it and then added its own qualifying items. When I alerted the customer service I got sorry we can’t honor or verify, you might have redeemed it , it’s duplicated. However on my activity section it autogenerated twice with the same receipt that it deemed duplicated for a Clorox buy two get 75. But won’t acknowledge the actual items I did in fact buy. So rather than them , seeing this duplication in my activity log, they just dismissed it with a generic response. I submitted the receipt twice cause I forgot welches the first time when I went to submit for the Clorox. But they’re too lazy to actually look at the physical receipt and reward comparison. Generally pure lazy people. The first time I had a problem, the member was responsive, looked at the receipt and qualifying items. These people they just say sorry invalid you might have submitted somewhere else, yet there’s a duplication on my activity log with no problem, with the same reasoning they give as to why they couldn’t honor the actual rewards I did purchase to the inflated ones the system found. Some logic just doesn’t make sense.

  • Would give it 0 stars but thats not possible so I’m giving it a 1.

    At first i was skeptical about the app, it was suggested to me by a friend but soon all my doubts came real as i had found several issues in the span of 5 minutes. The first major issue was the issue with signing in, i had tried several accounts to create an account but apparently there was an “authentication issue”? Second of all when i did finally manage to enter the app after a few hours of going back and forth, the app was overall glitchy and functions weren’t responsive when i touched them. I advise for people to take heed and not to download this excuse for an app.

  • Was good until it wasnt

    Was going great. I would’ve highly recommended this app and I have. I’ve been very happy with all the opportunities on it like trivia, etc. to get points well now they haven’t paid me my last four gift cards so why would I even bother continuing or bother, they or recommend it further to anyone very disappointing. All attempts to contact them have been received with bot replies.
    Update. very shortly after completing this review my four gift cards appeared so I changed my two to a four.

  • Waste of time

    I redeemed $125 worth of gift cards and got nothing for weeks. When I made an inquiry my account was suspended. Total scam. No word from the help desk either. They just stole my time and information.
  • Qualifying for surveys

    It is very difficult to qualify for surveys. Sometimes it takes several minutes of answering questions before you are booted out for not qualifying. I don’t fill out surveys on this app very often for that reason. I feel like I’m wasting my time for no rewards.
