So Gar So Good

Seems legitimate; I can’t wait to see if I actually get my first payout ….sometimes the waiting is the worst thing about the payouts…waiting to get it or not. Will update upon doing a redemption of Swagbucks…tbc…

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I was using it for few weeks, then when I redeemed my first reward they decided to turn down my account. I have raised for support and they asked me for verification. I am living in the UK, I have a valid residence permit but their verification system doesn’t work. I tried scanning my ID few times but keeps rejecting it. I asked them what to do, no response. Then I decided to try my “home country” ID, it accepted it however the support replied and said it did not match the country I have declared so they’ve decided to permanently close the account. I told the support about the reason and I asked what’s the next step I did not receive any response. I just wasted my time and effort answering surveys for weeks ALL FOR NOTHING!!!

Great survey

Good survey and l really enjoyed doing it and l loved the format of the survey. Very well presented.

Finally a trust worthy site that pays

I was skeptical. All of the sites that promise to pay make it very hard to earn and redeem. I really like Swagbucks and have had no issues with redeeming gift cards. Great site would recommend.

Don’t waste your time

Honestly don’t bother. Half the surveys you attempt will disqualify you, half the surveys that don’t disqualify you won’t pay out and the customer support is laughable, they’ll either dismiss you or tell you they’ll give you a one off credit that is never applied. The app doesn’t recognise if you have a swagup and if you do manage to submit a withdrawal request, you’ll never receive it.

Scam

Waste of time and don’t recommend. So been saving SB diligently for the last year enough to amount to 7500 SB and was ready to purchase a gift card where one day I was randomly kicked out of my account. After several failed attempts to get back in I reached out to customer support for assistance. Took them sometime, but; they finally responded with a generic message stating that they closed my account due to”suspected violation of their terms of use”. I inquired as to why the random closure and their claim to as to the violation with no supportive evidence after my inquires. I find it funny how after I earned enough credit for them to provide a payout that they randomly suspend my account without any cause. Very unprofessional service and a big waste of time. Hoping that this finds it helpful for others deciding and recently joining swagbucks putting in the work for it.

Games

Swagbucks works best for when you use their link to make purchases and get your points that way. However, playing the games is a much less reliable way to get your points. I have played three different games to try to get points. One worked fine, two did not work well at all. For one game when I contacted them about the points I was due they claimed that it wasn’t verified even though I provided them with screenshots. The second time I played a game and did not receive points that I was due, I did not get a lower level award because it claimed an online purchase that was necessary for it did not go through even though I showed them credit card receipts showing that wasn’t the case and I got a higher level reward (skipping the reward for the same points at a lower level) that was simply based on winnings. Once again, they claimed that it couldn’t be verified, and therefore points could not be given. They even claimed they made an exception for an earlier complaint (the first game), but they did not as no points were ever rewarded from that game (and the email literally says they will not give me points from the first game). The problem is that games are contracted with the gaming provider and neither one will take responsibility for awards that are not showing up even if you can provide evidence. But as long as you stay away from the games, the rest of the app works well.
