I try to find help and no place on the app can I find help . It says I have snapped my receipt twice when I didn’t even do it one time yet I’ve had this problem two times now it won’t let me snap the receipt and put it and log it in. it says I already have done it when I never did just because of the store is the same as same store but different receipt and the other time it kept saying there was no store name when there was clearly a store name at the top of the receipt and so your app is kind of sucking for this not taking my receipt when I was trying to get to seven receipts and one week and it wouldn’t let me know twice now so fix this problem or i’ll just delete the app because it’s no good then for me if it’s saying, I’m lying when I’m not lying saying I put the receipt in already when I never did and so what’s the point of it if you were supposed to be a receipt collector scanner and you can’t even do that what’s the point? And he keeps telling me to update it when I’ve updated it three times now and it keeps saying update the app so somethings wrong here.Show lessDeveloper Response

I’ve used this app on and off again for the last year and up until this last month it’s been great. I’ve cashed out to PayPal about 15-20 times, always instant, always non issue. However, I recently encountered a hold on my “instant” PayPal withdraw attempt, for “security reasons.” 3 days later pogo didn’t complete my requested PayPal cash-out, instead they put my points back in my balance. Again, I try to cash out to PayPal and get the same exact 3 day hold due to security reasons. I decided to delete the app and download again, and conveniently now am unable to sign in because it requires the phone # I verified to my account, only when I try to sign in with said verified phone #, the app tells me they “don’t accept voip or landline” neither of which my phone # is. I added and verified my phone # to my account when I signed up and it has not changed but even though Pogo verified and allowed me to add it to my account they’re now denying that they can accept it to sign in?? can you please update the app where when you scan receipts that not everything that you purchase has a price I’ve had multiple receipts where I got things for free due to having promo codes from restaurants apps, and I got things for free and they gave me a receipt not everything that you get a receipt from will have a price and I don’t know or understand why this app needs a total prize for it to be included It should be where you scan a receipt. You see the merchant you see the day and you’re able to get counted for the receipt. I enjoy using the app, but most of my receipts the app cannot see the merchant from the receipt or see the date on the receipt due to the receipts print the lot of my receipts are being counted and it’s like getting to the point of me, wanting to delete the app.Show less
