App doesn’t work anymore. I login but just get a spinning wheel.

Doesn’t login anymore

App used to work all fine. With the update not able to login. Tried changing environment and reset password. Nope, doesn’t work. Previous version of the app logged in all fine just with the same email ID. Wish I can go back to the old app.

Worthless

This app does not open properly more than 90% of the time. It is so bad that I am not even able to use my iPad when reviewing hirevue content.

Useless

After the update the app has become useless. Interviews never properly open.

Doesn’t work, this app is worthless, how can i recruit people from my mobile phone? I cannot.

Update Equals Garbage App

I used to be able to at least see which interviews were completed and which ones I still need to review. Now that I can’t do that, this app is worthless.

Bad “Update”

You took what was a great app and made it unusable. This update is horrible. While the new video is better in app, that was never a problem especially since you don’t hire based on looks.

1. I can’t copy the answers in app. So now if I want to call or text someone I have to switch between the phone/text app and the HireVue app. I don’t think I can calculate how much more time that’s going to waste.

2. Now it takes more clicks to get between questions. Wasted time!

3. Sometimes the app just goes blank. Sometimes the applicants just don’t show up.

4. The app is slower to get around to different areas of the app. Wasting even more time.

5. Now EVERY Position in my company comes up with no way to Filter just mine in the Positions tab. I work for a Fortune 100 company, can you guess how many interviews that is and how much time that wastes while I search for my interview??

6. Search just doesn’t work. Or it is taking so long to pull anything up that I can’t wait for it. Wasted time!

None of these were issues…until I logged into the app today. Based on this I’m sure I’ll find more issues.

I’ve been an iPhone user for 13 years and never written a review before. This is the first time because this update is just such junk, I don’t even think I can evaluate on the road anymore. Now I’m going to have to take my laptop everywhere I go….which obviously makes this app useless.

Did you guys try to get any feedback before you launched this update? I can’t imagine someone, like me, who’s goes through daily 20-70, up to 100 interviews a day wouldn’t have mentioned some of these issues….

Please fix this quickly.

Navigation does not work

Like the other reviewer, I found it impossible to navigate out of an interview using the back button. You have to shut down, log in again, click and refresh multiple times to see the candidate list. Very poor execution.

Will not allow navigation (super frustrating)

The app does not allow me to muse the built in back button to go to the next candidate. Have to close the app and reopen. Can’t see this tool being used much longer as it will quickly be replaced by something that is actually supported. Also provide little no data in the candidates much like it’s desk top version.

App keeps crashing

App (on iPad) keeps crashing, in the end conducted interview over the phone without HireVue. Contacted Customer Services who were no help, suggested I carry on using my phone.
