Not what I needed
I have been struggling to find a coach who isn’t just trying to be a pseudo-therapist. I really wanted a COACH coach, someone who pushes you and REALLY holds you accountable. That is not what any of their coaches appear to be when you sign up. Its a very Brene Brown-esque “safe space” vibe. Maybe if you're a workaholic with a lot of work stress and perfectionism thats what you need, but when I signed up for a productivity coach that is not what I was expecting and DEFINITELY not what I need.Show lessvstuvhjbgf

I’ve been with better help for over a year now and I have no regrets. I’ve been working with Melinda the whole time and I can say I’m not the same person as I was when I first started. She has been an incredible coach who has walked with me through some really hard experiences in my career and has helped me overcome them. Melinda always takes the time to listen to what’s going on and from there she gives insight and helps me navigate what I’m trying to say and my feelings. She is an amazing coach and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone and I’m grateful that BetterUp offers this service!Show lessham0321

This app is really helping me to push forward and get to what I want in life - I’ve also been on and off in therapy and while that was also helpful, this is helpful in other ways that help me to really think about my life and what I want from it, I recommend finding a coach you mesh with because it makes all the differenceShow lessproally36
