I have to laugh at the whole “no overdraft fees” thing they don’t even let you overdraft if you need it, and regardless of all of that, I have not had the greatest start with this bankAshcore Dud
Great App. Even Better Bank.
I’ve had Bank5 Connect for a couple years now and have made it my mission to switch all my family over as well. The app works well (powered by DigitalInsight) and the customer service of this bank is awesome. What happened?
I've been using this app with no problem for almost a year. Was disappointing but not a deal breaker you can make external transfers on it. But now all of a sudden I can't even log in. Touch ID stopped working as did my regular log in. All is fine on the website so it seems to be just the app. Not sure how long I can keep these accounts if I can't access them!Show lessBcf12345
