LOVE this Long Realty App. I use my Ipad for searches for myself and friends. It is very fast and up-to-date with exceptional photos and descriptions. Search on various prices ranges and locations besides your immediate area. Have recommended this App to friends that have used it for their searches, appoinments, and yes, home buys and purchases. Highly Recommended app.

My goto Real Estate App in Green Valley, AZ. Very current and accurate listing information. Love the Sold Feature, as it tells the real story (well almost).

Good App
I’ve enjoyed the ease of use. Let me choose a personal pool as a search option.
Caveat though is that as many times as I’ve pressed the request more info or request a showing I’ve never been contacted.

Long Realty app
Since this app was "updated" it is too cumbersome and difficult to use and I don't feel like taking the hours necessary to figure it all out. I am, instead, deleting it.
Current App
I have had the previous app for over a year. Liked being able to chose for sale, sold or contingent. This totally updated app is not as user friendly for choosing preferences. Why does it have to access camera?
Awesom Search Functions
From photos to listing data to loan payment info and commute time, this app is a gold standard consumer oriented tool.

Contingent feature doesn't work on iPad
While the contingent properties do appear on iPhone, they do not on the iPad. Hopefully it has been or will be corrected.
