Latest update much worse than previous version!
This was a good and useful app. The latest update ruined it. Pending and contingent listings don't show up. Sold listings show asking, not sold price. Labels are now very small.
No prices
App is ok, except when in the map view, the price of each listing is not shown until you tap on the icon. Trulia shows the price on the map,

Crashes and Search Flaws
Crashes frequently and only occasionally will allow me to select a maximum price for searches.
Excellent App
I'm browsing the real estate market in Tucson, and this is a great app to do it with. It's not limited to only Long Realty listings, but appears to have pretty much all the MLS listings. The only negative comment I have is that the interface is not very intuitive. Otherwise, this app is a great example of why we use smartphones and tablets.

Lots of features to help refine your search!
This is the best app I have found to do searches for houses. Easily set the criteria to refine your searches, and save them if you login.
The real estate agent said it updates every 15 minutes, so you get properties that might not show until the next day!

Good - in theory
If this app would stay open for more than two minutes I would rate it five stars. Every time it crashes you have to start at the beginning. The latest issues are that it just give a loading sign and won't even open. Deleting it from both my phone and ipad.
