Great app, some improvements could be made.

The app works great and is really easy to navigate round and use to a degree, the date always populates to the current day, this should be blank forcing the user to populate a date.

The amount of times expenses have been rejected or revisions had to be made because of this is why I gave a 3/5 stars.

It’s not productive to have finance staff continuously going back and making revisions to this issue when a minor change to the app could eliminate this issue entirely.

Return button

Love the app but a return trip button will take the app another level. Having to re type a round journey made twice can prove very tedious at times especially when you have alot of journeys to input. A simple click of the return trip button will be a life saver. Thank you

More visibility needed

As an approver it would be good to see all previous expenses approved as well as all mine submitted, for in month reporting

For the time being here are some options for you to consider: 1. View all your own expenses on all platforms in the Expense List under the heading Passed For Payment. 2. View similar expense item for the same claimant you are approving for the past say 90 days. For this, The admin needs to turn on a function called Anti-Fraud – Approver Historical View. Cant save and submit claim

Love SOLO Expenses

Simple & easy app to use. New functions like inviting 'My Accountant' to complete my expenses - 'Voice Memo' a real time saver. Highly recommend the app to all. Love the new features to use tag now thanks

This is a very helpful app and does a fantastic job. The user interface looks good and is very simple to use. Great way to track receipts and reduce all that admin work. Highly recommended!
