Rigged Voting Results?
To start, this is just my experience with using Mnet Plus. (I got this app for Boys Planet) Why should I vote if Mnet just rigs the results? They may not be but when Wang Zihao was giving his speech, his votes weren’t displayed. This is what made me think that Mnet was rigging the results. Again, this may not be true and Mnet may have not rigged it, but, please do take this into consideration. Why should I use this app if my votes are just useless?Show lesseidbwn
Freezes a lot

Needs Work
This was a good app for me when I first started using it. It was very easy to use and I experienced no issues. It logged me out of my account, after not using it for a bit and I went to log back in. It kept telling me my password was wrong and I went to change it. After I changed it to the new password, I went to log in and it still said I had the wrong password. I went to change it again and then told me I couldn’t change it to the same password as my current one.Show lessMay Month

i’ve i’ve downloaded and deleted the app various times because it’s not even loading in. I’m stuck not even in the loading screen. Please fix this.🫰🏻nym
needs fixing bugs
I tried to voting for Boys Planet and the app only proceeds up to the point of selecting the members to vote for. I choose and pass the security question. However, the final step involves watching a video. The screen appears as black for me and pushing on the play/pause bottom makes no difference. The only way for the vote to get in is after watching the video, so I’m unable to vote. This bug needs to be fixed ASAP!Show lessNataly613
Glitches
This app is honestly so terrible. I downloaded it so I could vote for boys planet 999 and the app wouldn’t even open. It wasn’t an internet issue because I had full bars, I deleted and redownloaded and the app still wouldn’t open it sat on the white open page for 30 minutes. I don’t understand why it’s so bad, Mnet is maybe a multi million dollar tv station so why can’t they hire an app creator to do a good job. Instead, they just threw an app together and called it a day; I’m extremely disappointed.Show lesssun blossomyt
Freezes or kicks you out very frequently
Wish they could do something to improve all these issues with the app…
I live in California, and I downloaded this to vote for Boys Planet. Sometimes you’ll be able to vote, but it tends to have a lot of glitches and freezing moments, which will then kick you out. If you’re patient, and get on it at the right time, you’ll get your votes through. You’ll have to keep trying though. Makes voting and keeping track of things so tough!Show lessphelisha
Unable to vote
If I was able to give this app a zero star, I would. Every time I try to vote it tells me to watch an ad to complete the voting process, but an ad never comes up. Hence, I’m unable to complete my vote. Please fix this ASAP because I am missing out on many days of voting.Fahema mijee
