I was so excited for my wand Sadly, the sensors aren’t picking up my hands. I’ve reset it a couple of times and still won’t pick up my fingers oddly enough when it does work the sensitivity of the motion is out of control

Disappointing
Can’t even login to my Wizarding World account. Keeps saying my info is wrong, when I know it’s not. I’ve logged into my using a web browser, so I know my info is correct.
Well would be cool
Would be happy with the app but I can’t get the wand…because it’s only available in England, Scotland and Wales… please consider giving the rest of the world, the fun experience with wand play!

FIX THE APP
So I just got my wand today and I was so excited but then after 5 minutes I was disappointed. First the sensors are god awful, you can only connect to Philips hue lights which I don’t have, you can only connect to Apple TV. Waste of 150$ in my opinion. Wanna make it better. Have more options for the light connections. Same with the tv. I have a Roku so add that as an option as well.

The TV app isn’t working
I have a Firestick TV and it is updated but when I try to download the app, it says unavailable even though the app on the TV doesn’t work the wand is great.
The Wand is Awful
Had it in my hands for about six hours, and in the time I’ve yet to be able to get it to work. Only 3 of the 4 grip sensor indicators are noted as working, and nowhere on the wand can I touch to get all four lit. I’ve tried every variation of holding, reset it multiple times, and even tried it on three different phones (two iPhones and a Pixel 6A). At this point I’m guessing the grip sensors themselves are the problem, and this is backed by dozens of comments on Reddit of people with the same problem. If you’re reading these reviews to decide if you want to purchase a wand, then just… don’t. It’s cheap, broken, nonsense.

Last Update Ruins the Experience
I was having trouble with getting the wand to track correctly and after a bit of research found that you guys recommend an update to the app itself. So I checked and sure enough an update was available. Now not only is it not tracking movement properly but has become so horridly sensitive that I don’t have a hope of getting the product to function. I would hope to get some sort of substantive response but considering what I’ve read in other reviews I’ll just get some bot leaving some weak cutesy reply that says nothing and leaves me infuriated.
