It’s time to just cancel Netflix altogether, they have their hand out every month for payment but do not seem concerned with fixing any problems I guess they think it’s ok to collect money for a product and then actually fixing nothing in a timely manner. It’s all about getting New customers instead of worrying about existing customers waited over two weeks for them to fix level 480 which could not be win because of a glitch where you were required to get rid of more items than you could actually get in the board and now 875 it asks for you to get rid of 8 more strawberries than there are on the board and they’ve ignored all the other complaints about that issue. Now with the Hollywood strike they will not be putting on new shows or movies they will put on old movies and say they’re new time to trash Netflix once and for all
I have enjoyed the game and the story. There is a balance of challenging levels that I can’t always get right away and ones that I can handle quickly. I even kept playing bonus levels while waiting for story updates. However, level 480 is messed up. I have cleared the board so many times the I’ve lost count but it won’t let me move on. It displays 6 strawberries and 12 or 13 crates while demanding I collect 7 strawberries and 16 crates. I would love to keep going with the rest of the story, but for now it’s impossible.
They fixed 480 but same glitch in level 875.
Just started the game I just renovated the kitchen and dining area and now for some reason the screen is frozen . I've turned my phone off several times and I've deleted the app and redownloaded it several times and it's still frozen in the same spot 🤔 very disappointed !!!!
I really liked the game, but every limited time event when reach the last few items to unlock a purple box pops up with the 1 coin and 1 rocket reward of freeze. 1st time reinstall and phone restart didn’t work, but I was able to bypass by using a different device to progress, but reward box froze again after 1 puzzle completion. 2nd time had to wait for update to unlock, but event had ended. Now 3rd time waiting for an update unlock and will miss out on items, again. Also no way to restart game without making new Netflix profile. Very disappointing.
Update: They finally fixed the level 480 glitch only to have it happen again at level 875, this time requiring the collection of 8 strawberries that aren’t there, ending game play. I’m wondering who is in charge of quality control for this app. *sigh*
Previously: Anyone else get to 480 and hit a glitch where you collect everything on the board but the game says you need to collect 4 more items that aren’t there? Guess I’m done. Game has some other glitches but I tolerated them. This one essentially ends play. Too bad. It was a nice distraction while it lasted.
Same as everyone else. I have been stuck for about a week. After your last in game event ended, I am unable to collect the reward and it freezes the screen to where I cannot push any buttons to get out of it or accept the reward. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, closing and reopening, and restarting my phone but nothing helps. Can’t report the bug since it keeps linking me to Netflix support for shows/movies but not games so I’m writing a review…
I love this game. I’ve been stuck at home so I’m at level 448 and have powered through 3 or 4 different events already. This game can be frustrating but I like the challenge.
My big issue: it randomly updated earlier today and now whenever I load in, it freezes with 1 coin and 1 rocket to claim but I can’t click ANYTHING. The game is completely broken. I’ve tried uninstalling it and redownloading and it still bugs out and won’t let me play at all.
I’ll update my review if it gets fixed.
As others have said, this was a great addition to the free play on Netflix overall. Fun to play as you’re waiting for a plane or on a long train ride. At Level 480, though, there is a weird glitch where the game expects you to break through a certain number of wooden walls. You will clear the board and so should be able to move to the next challenge, but the game does not register that you have cleared the board. That leaves you stuck on the same game. I’ve contacted support and they recognize there’s a glitch, but have not yet fixed it. My rating would be much higher if the glitches were worked out as it’s an addictive game that great for downtime.

So far I am really enjoying this game. I delete about 99% of the games I play when they start being to greedy about making it impossible to play unless you keep opening your wallet! I do pay sometimes but the greediness pisses me off ! I am noticing these developers are NOT GREEDY ! I may have to play one board 25 times to win , ( which is another thing) YOU CAN without losing lives right away ! Let’s see what happens…. I think the story is very cute as well , plus I love decorating. I hope to be able to play this game for months or years to come .. I will let you know and update if still playing ..
