Was great… until
This app is great, and I’ve been steadily playing to level 95. But for some reason, there is a glitch and the whole game now appears to be frozen. When I open the app, it prompts me to collect my prize, which I do as I have no other choice, then it just stays stuck with the two prizes showing on the screen while everything else remains unclickable. I would like to continue playing, but I’m not able to get the prizes to go away in order to click on anything else. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling twice, but still a no go.
I hope someone contacts me so we can get this resolved as I would love to keep playing the story.
Otherwise, the levels get challenging but nothing too extreme and the story line and game play is interesting and fun!smithabigail89
Mostly well balanced but -
I’ve played many freemium to subscription service games and this is one of the best conversions I’ve seen. The main story lines boards are usually doable in the first try and there are plenty of powerups being showered at me a steady rate that i never felt stuck until the Gnome special event. The last few levels were impossible. I tried a couple of the levels dozens upon dozens of times and spent all of my coins and used all of my powerups for naught and then of course the levels expired with my Gnome Garden incomplete. The random free extra moves were a nice thought but didn’t help. The few times I needed just one more move they didn’t materialize and the times they did it was still hopeless. I would suggest infinite moves if a level is repeated more than X times maybe 10? Nobody enjoys repeating the same levels over and over again.DDReviews
Great until it’s not
Loved the game, zero complaints until it stopped working in early June 2023. From reading other reviews, many customers are having the same problem. When you open the app, it gives a reward, lets you claim it, then it freezes and nothing works. I woke with Netflix customer support today and they said the tech team is aware of the problem but they doing have an estimated time until a fix. Frustrating!KT2727
Good except glitches
It’s a great game except when certain things happen it causes everything to freeze. Lately I earned a “prize” when signing it and it freezes and will not go past the opening screen no longer how long I wait and won’t let me click on anything. I am going to have to unload this game and lose all of my progress because it will not let me get past this load screen anymore.jess071318
Fantastic game so far!
Im a huge fan of this match 3 renovating game. I wasn’t sure what to expect about a Netflix game since ive never heard of such thing but i have to say this game is fantastic. The graphics are phenomenal and i love the 3D graphics too. The story so far is great and the characters look and are awesome. The only thing i will change is (and its not a huge thing or issue) some of the sound effects, like when you use that wine coin ( a disco ball in most of this games) it really doesn’t have much of a sound effect. Some blasters can benefit from this too. Another thing that would be great is adding a voice during gameplay. Like for example “awesome” or “ fantastic” things as such. Like when you do big combos, add some voice to it to cheer you up. Other than that this is a 5 star game for sure. I recommend it for sure.E_diaz80
Crashes at Level 250?
I really enjoyed this game but it completely stopped working when I reached level 250. The game freezes and none of the troubleshooting suggestions have worked. I even contacted Netflix and they said I would just have to wait and see if it magically fixes itself when/if the game gets an update.JenHadley24
Crashes often and glitches
I like the game a lot. It’s fun and mindless. My favorite. But it crashes at terrible times and I have to shut it down and reopen it. When this happens I never get the “rewards” that I was supposed to get. Which is the most frustrating when it’s the little purple tokens since you only get two per first win of a hard level. Please fix? I prefer my mindlessness uninterrupted. :)BettyCat3
Fun but weird bugs sometimes
Really enjoy the game actually but there’s odd bugs where things stay on the screen (like “Loading…”) and right now I actually can’t play it at all because it wants me to claim a prize, but won’t progress past that and is completely frozen no matter what.
Wish there was better support for the app that didn’t redirect directly to Netflix.AnneBoleyn06
Great Game but
I LOVE this game. The levels aren’t too hard and you progress quickly through the chapters. I love that there aren’t any annoying ads constantly popping up. I think it would be better if the levels gave double stars though or at least let the hard levels reward more stars. Also, there’s suddenly a glitch with the game where the word loading is stuck on the right side of the screen. No matter how many times I restart it or uninstall and reinstall it, it doesn’t go away. But aside from that, great game.Liloplayer
So nice to play without ads!!
I like match-3 decorating/story apps, but got too tired of watching ads. It’s so nice to play them again without having to watch 45+ seconds of ads per minute of gameplay!! I really enjoy the events where you can win an unique item, too. Thanks Netflix!Bonepenny
