App needs improvements
Hey, I’m 24 and I have two policies in place and I need to frequently check on them so that I am on track. I think it’ll be beneficial to spend some finances improving this app so that more people can have quicker access to their plans other than a browser.
Easy to use!
Easy to use and view all I need to see and keep up to date on my retirement account .
Can’t even log in!
I can’t even tell you what the actual app is like once you’re able to log in, but I can tell you that logging in is impossible. The code that you ask to be texted for you never comes even after several tries. Switch to asking for an emailed code and you may actually get it but it’ll be stuck on the page where there’s no where to input that code. Hit the back button and you’re back to step one. By now you’ve likely locked your account and have to spend who knows how long on the phone with “customer service”. Don’t waste your time. If it wasn’t for my employer choosing this subpar company I wouldn’t go anywhere near it.

Login error still
Cannot log in to this app. Have tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times. Cannot log in.
Cannot get into App
Doesn’t work with Face Recognition or saved password. When I go to reset my password they send me a code with nowhere to put the code in. Garbage app by a garbage company
Errors
Constant errors. Almost never works.
Horrible app
Makes me nervous that a company that can’t even properly launch a app is handling my money I can’t log in even though I’ve had a account for years and have thousands off dollars invested with your website as well is horrible hard to understand and why would I want to sit on the phone with some of the most horrible customer service I wouldn’t invest with them really wish I would have known before hand will definitely going to look into pulling my 401k and investing with another company at this point I don’t even care about the employer match

Worst financial app
Like most people I have apps for all the retirement accounts that I have and out of the company’s I currently have and the ones I rolled over from in the past ameritas has the worst one I mean did a kid do it not easy to use the stock information and how your money was distributed is hard to figure out hope there way better at investing that will make up for it
