Great app for breathing and meditation

I am really impressed with this app! I have found the breathing modules very effective in helping me to find calm. The daily reminders and check in’s are also useful helping me to establish healthy patterns.

Wonderful app for tracking wellness with patients

The Ziva Breathing & Wellness App is a wonderful tool I have not only been using personally but I highly recommend and use it clinically with my patients. There is a lot of wonderful conent and I prescribe certain daily wellness routines. My patients are able to connect their wearable devices and we can follow the trends in their health data. This app is HIGHLY engaging for individuals and empowers them to take charge of their mental health.

I’ve tried many breathing app but simplicity of Ziva together with wearable connectivity is amazing . I can create breathing routine and track my physiological data is amazing . They also offer some special mental wellness tips that you hear on podcast based on your health goal .
