Superb Customer Support
Tried using their app since I won 100aed cashback from them. 😊 Their app is good but needs more time to familiarize myself with how it works. It is a little different from the usual ordering app that I’m used to, but once you know how to navigate the app, you’ll have smoother experience. When I tried to order, there was some error on their payment system. I didn’t expect it to be resolved right away. But their customer support team really exerted a lot of effort to get in touch with me and solved the issue. It made me feel that they value their customers! Would want to see more from this app and hoping it to be more awesome!
