F’d longtime customer with broken login system
Months of complaints and still can’t log in because my email was in their system from their old login, but doesn’t have my cell number so I can’t finish verification since there is no way to add it. A seriously stupid problem to have, an obvious thing QA should have caught in testing the first release, and absolutely ridiculous for it to still exist. I never could have imagined an incompetent app rollout would make me take my business to a different dispensary, but that’s where we are.Show lessAnon426902

Favorite items folder
It’s an ok app. I wish they would put the saved or favorite items in a separate folder like most other apps do. What’s the point of favorites if I have to scroll thru the whole list again to find them.
Putting them in their own separate folder would be much more convenient.Iamgroot70

Easy cannabis ordering
Easy to order, updates often, but scrolling and searching can sometimes be clunky/slow. I also used to be able to filter flower by weight but now that option is gone and I miss it.scorpion8691
