Meh - it’s just not good
Way behind to the app / rewards game and it’s just not good. The filters on the menu don’t work, I can’t check out on the app 80% of the time and have to go to the website anyway. Lotta work to do.
Updating this to 1 star a couple weeks later. The app rarely works. I still can’t filter anything out, I can never check out on the app now the loading cart just spins for ever. The deals page hasn’t been loading for me the last few days either. It gets worse by the day. Super disappointing.Show lessBigLeez20
App Needs to be Redone
I have been having issues with the app for the past week. I have already went through the sign up steps and each time the system asks for the verification code once I enter is I receive an error code stating user already exists. Not a good app at this time.Bre2161242
It doesn’t work
App loads just fine. But you can’t put anything in the cart because it wants you to sign in and there in lies the problem. You get a code through your email and that’s where the brakes come on. Hit the done button and it says the user has already been verified and can’t get any further. Be nice if the app works when put out.Show lessSpiderweb54

This is at best a beta version
1. Dope deals and Promotions are old. I still see the 7/10 promotions. They never show up correctly for that store. Either old ads or incomplete promotions.
2. When selecting a product which is not available as a recreational product, it changes to Medical store without warning and wants my Med# which I don’t have.
3. When changing the store it wipes out anything in the cart without a warning
4. Here is the worst. I started the order on my iPad at home and it never was reflected the cart on my iPhone when I logged in.
5. Pls don’t auto correct in the Search bar. It tries to change words which are actually part of the product.
It’s not a good thing to not let customers know that they are basically testing your software. I am head of a PMO for a software company and we’d have no customers left if we’d publish a beta version without letting customers know that is still very buggy .Show lessDJ MGV
