Horrible
I paid for a 6 month subscription and the app won’t recognize it. I have email receipts and proof through IOS my subscription is active but it won’t let me use it. Even the few times it let me use the picture ID, it didn’t identify the crystals.
I reached out to customer service the first day I bought it and it wasn’t working and no one has contacted me back.

Do not buy this app! It doesn’t know the most basic crystals, there’s no way to reply to a post where ppl ask what their stone is, I’ve tried. This was $40 i would love getting back because this app sucks! I got crystallize for $4/month so much betterDemoniqua
