Scam company

Bought their ring one back in 2023 and they have failed to deliver on it after moving the shipment date for over a year. Updates on the IGG page that promise the world and then never materialize. They’ve also started removing features from the ring without making any formal announcement and other people who were scammed by them are pointing it out.

Don’t believe a word this company says, they reinforce the belief to never buy anything out of India as they are all scammers

Awful. Crooks. Charlatans. Beware.

Was one of the first backers. Got a tracking number in April (7 months ago) Since then they have stopped communicating with us and zero updates since August. They are STILL scamming money from people on crowd funding. You will NEVER get your ring.

“Shipments will begin…” when pigs fly?

It’s October and the ring that was promised even here in the review response in August is still not here. Original delivery was December 2023. I have needed a ring for my health and haven’t bought one because it was continuously promised to be arriving shortly. AND when I have most recently asked for a refund, I received no answer. IndieGogo also won’t do anything.

A complete and utter scam

I was one of the early “super backers” of the Muse Ring One. It was supposed to be delivered LAST November 2023. We are now in October 2024 and none of us have received our merchandise. Yet the CEO was just given an award for being one of the youngest multimillionaires in India. I wonder why! It’s easy to be a millionaire when you’ve simply taken nearly $200 from thousands and thousands of people and not supplied them anything for it.

Do NOT support this company. This will be a class action lawsuit very soon.

Still Waiting

This company has yet to ship a product they stated would be in hand months ago. Time will tell if I ever get my Muse Ring, so far they’ve just taken my money.

STAY AWAY… WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

This could not be a worse company. Their technology is HORRIBLE and their customer service is even worse. The app doesn’t work at all. Assuming you ever receive your merchandise don’t expect it to actually pair with the app. Not gonna happen.
