I have been playing this game for around 7 months. I love this game honestly and I am rather distraught about the situation and their LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had 2 charges show up on a receipt
Each for $9.99. Now, I did purchase the festival pass for $9.99 and that is one charge not $20. So naturally after seeing I was charged twice I disputed ONE charge. They, of course SUSPENDED my account and when they finally answered my questions about why it was suspended I was told that it was ONE charge and that I was mistaken and the ONLY way to get my account back was to Log into PayPal and repay the $9.99 along with other instructions etc. I did so IMMEDIATELY and emailed them the proof they requested. It’s now been five freaking days since having paid it and now, mysteriously no one can answer me OR unsuspend my account. They sure did take my money quick enough. FIX MY ACCOUNT SUNSHINE ISLAND!!!!!
