In this release we are introducing our two new features for dispute management and memberships. Dispute management is designed to streamline the way merchants handle chargebacks and disputes. This new functionality empowers merchants with comprehensive visibility and control over their disputed transactions, enhancing their ability to manage chargebacks effectively in the Worldpay Dashboard app. Revolutionizing the way merchants manage their membership plans. Merchants gain full control over their membership status, allowing for a seamless verification and flexible adjustments to their subscription plans.

The Worldpay Dashboard team continues to work hard to deliver the features you are asking for! For this release, we are making the following changes: New Features: PCI Status: Adding PCI Status will increase uptake for Safer Payments and Safer Payments +. It helps prevent 'unnecessary' charges being applied that the customer may call to dispute later. Creating complaint management functionality provides the customer with a solution to submit their request in a secure manner, without the need to do any further verification. Adding notification preference will allow users to enable or disable notification as per their needs. Notification center will allow user to get all notification in one place.

This release is packed with user-friendly enhancements, including a redesigned settlement summary view and Invoices page for smoother navigation. The addition of features allowing mobile app users to reset their passwords, unlock their dashboard accounts, and reset registered devices for one-time PINs seems very convenient. Moreover, the ability for users to edit their profiles and access help content should significantly improve the overall user experience.
