Priory Singers - security of online payments
As treasurer of Priory Singers, a charity, the vast majority of the payments are made online by me without any approval from another member of the committee. If and when cheques are used they are always countersigned. I have attempted many times to get TSB to introduce a system whereby online payments are ‘countersigned’ by another committee member. I am always told by TSB that this is not possible. Without a similar system for online payments the charity is at risk and I am vulnerable. Why does TSB refuse this security arrangement?

Impractical
Good use of every day banking and transferring however considering this is a business account, I find it hard to understand why as a business customer you cannot access account statements unlike the personal tsb account in pdf. You can only access these online, and even then they are not available in pdf then charge you £5 per statement when requesting them. Very unhelpful and impractical especially for end of tax year.

Robust Business Banking App
I have been with TSB now for almost one and a half years. Easy banking with nice easy app to use. Had a few challenges with my account being scrutinised but I guess it’s part of their KYC. They should have text alerts that tell you when the re are credit or debit transactions on your account like other banks. Overall a great bank
