Getting worse each year
It used to be great but now I constantly have to delete and redownload the app because it worn work. I can't transfer or sell tickets or update which ones are left. So over it.WendyLouwho2002
Horrible tech
It is very difficult to transfer tickets and the process can be severely lagged. If you are looking to get tickets transferred to/from your account, definitely do not wait til the last minute.noahr1975

The App is still showing my STM tickets from November 2023. I have IOS. When is this going to be updated to remove those old tickets for game that have past?Kc2539
Account Information is Displaying Different Name
We noticed this on my husband’s account on the ticket page. Shows a person that neither one of knows. So I download the app and connect it with my Ticketmaster account. My app also shows someone else’s name on not the ticket and settings page. This is a problem with the lightning app as Ticketmaster is correct. Please fix that.Show lessCrybak001
Pretty great, but still missing some things
This app is great for both casuals and fanatics of the team. Photos from games, postgame interviews, highlights from games, shortcut to the team online store, it’s got a lot of useful tools to keep in the know for the bolts. It does lack customization that truly push this app above and beyond. We should have the option to change the app icon like the Bucs app. There should be an option to switch to dark mode as the white screen can be hard on the eyes.
For the most part, this app is exactly what every Bolts fan needs, just missing a few cosmetic options that can really take a cookie cutter app into a personalized masterpiece.Show lessCJ VOLTAGE

I still use nhl app more bc I hate how it sends you to a website to listen to the game. NHL app I can listen on the app

Can’t login?
Login just shows a blank screen and I have to force close the app. Wallet doesn’t seem to work either (probably because I can’t login). Looks like some bugs to work out. Will wait for a newer release.windracer_jr
