FastMate is a scam

I read about FastMate and downloaded the app. Next thing I know they are changing me $47.00 per month American dollars and won’t refund anything except 14.99 for initial download. Unless followed their plan for 14 days and sent them the results. I didn’t even follow the plan absolutely uncooperative support team I am 74 and was not able to even start the plan .

SCAMMERS

DO NO DOWNLOAD THIS APP. They put it on auto renewal and continue to take your money without your knowledge. There is no option on the to cancel anything.

Do not subscribe, complete scam

Once you pay, the app has no way of canceling. It says to email their support email address to cancel, but when you try it says it doesn’t exist or is no longer active. I will have to take it up with my bank to cancel services now.

Won’t stop taking your money

If you buy a subscription and cancel it, it will CONTINUE to take out money. Even more than what the subscription originally was. I deleted my whole account and it is still trying to charge me for various amounts each week.

RUN AWAY!!!!!

So I would strongly advise NOT TO SUBSCRIBE to this app!!!!!! I tried it for a month without success. I thought I cancelled my subscription and deleted the app. WELLLLLLLL I check my account and I have still be being charged! Now here’s THE PROBLEM I email customer service and Lucas emailed me back and said pretty much YOUR SCREWED and when I requested a Manager he just kept sending me his opening email over and over completely ignoring me!!!

SO RUNNNNNN AWAY FROM THIS APP AND SUBSCRIPTION!!!!

No no noooo!

I purchased a subscription back in May 2024, was not charged for anything until after my free trial was over and which they charged $20. It went several months without charging my card at all and then a few days ago of this month, I was charged $66 for absolutely nothing, I had canceled my subscription through the app my Apple account months ago yet I was still charged. Stay away from this app!!!!

LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS

I had a 3 month subscription trial and I never really used the app at all. They never sent an email reminding me that my trial was ending and tried to pull out $93 CAD for a subscription renewal. My bank is the reason why I was notified as they thought it was a fraudulent transaction. I emailed the company about cancelling my subscription before they tried to take the payment out again and they’re telling me I have to jump through all these hoops to get a refund. I’m not looking for a refund I’m trying to get them to cancel BEFORE taking the money out.
I will be disputing my transaction and cancelling my card.

Learn from our mistakes! These guys are nothing but thieves and scam artists.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!

Do not download. As others have describe in their reviews - once you purchase with intro rate they will continue to renew your subscription at outrageous rates even if you mark you don’t want to renew through the pop up window in the app . No easy way to cancel subscription in the app or website.
