Good Store but Not the Best App
I have been to Cinnaholic before and thought it was great. This app however is not super helpful for my location. I live in TN and we have 2 locations here, one that I live less than 30 minutes from, but they are not recorded on the app. Really inconvenient and I can’t imagine why this is. The closest location they have is in Georgia. I don’t care to make the trip, but for people here in TN who would want it delivered, this is a very annoying issue.

Unable to use this app. App crashes seconds after opening it. I hope they fix this soon. I can’t rollwards credit for anything I purchase.
App force closes every time
Maybe the app would be amazing on iOS if every single time I attempted to open it, it force closes. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing, power cycling did nothing. The last update of the app was 4 months ago. Maybe someday it will work correctly.
Cinnamon rolls are good, app not some much
The app is horrible, take notes from Starbucks, Dutch Bros, crumbl cookies, their apps are great. Please updated EVERYTHING and make it as good as your cinnamon rolls.

If they are opening so many stores across the country I’m not sure why they have not already scratched updating their app off the to do list. I’m assuming it’s in the future plans🤞🏼🥹❤️

App Doesn’t Work
This app doesn’t work and cinnaholic doesn’t care to fix it. Whenever I try to open the app it errors and brings me back to the home screen.
Doesn’t show my store
I live in Pigeon Forge, TN and there is a Cinnaholic not far from me. It doesn’t show any locations near me though. So I can’t even use the online order option.
