Did not pay me my full pay !
Did an errand for $96, and was told I would get a $10 bonus as well. A few days before pay day I noticed the completed errand page showed that $96 errand changed to $80. Contacted support and was told the $16 would be added back. Come pay day I only got $16. It has been almost 5 days from pay day and still have not received my whole pay. I put around 70 miles for that errand and only got $16 . Disgusting .

Pretty good , not amazing but good
I have been receiving four gigs per week and it has been going well so far. However, there is one issue that needs to be addressed. Sometimes, I receive notes on how to access certain areas of a specific building during my deliveries, but when I return to the same building days later, there are no notes. Fortunately, I remember the codes to access the buildings, but I worry about other drivers who may not have those notes. Additionally, their instant payment option is not working properly. Although they recently added this feature, I receive an error message every time I try to use it. As a result, I am still being paid weekly.

No payment
When I first reached about about a missing payment from July 10th I was chatting with someone and they stopped responding. I contacted them the following day and still no response. I’ve called and texted multiple times and no still is respond regarding my missing payment. I spent money on tolls and drove really far just to NOT receive my payment.

The app is fake or something I live in phoenix and had it for 3 months and no routes or nothing pop up in the app about to delete it
Look like a scam!
I start to think that it is a scam platform.I signed up, gave all my informations and no more response. There is no any contact info to talk. I found a email address and wrote them. Nobody has responded yet since last 3 months. Think twice before you give all your personal info to that app.
Identity Stolen
To login i had to input my social, drivers license, model of my car, etc. I’ve waited a week for a confirmation but when i login to the app it still says i’m on a waiting list. From other reviews i’ve read, after 48 hours i should’ve received an email. So far i’m stressed and concerned that this app has stolen my information.

Had my first $45 route within 24hrs of sign on
I don’t know why people are saying they are asking for SOOOO MUCH INFO as if any other platform or normal job doesn’t ask you those questions. It legit was as much info as insta or DD or UberEats asks you for. I signed up and was approved with 48hrs and then the next morning got my first route … in my town.. so far not too shabby …

Pretty Good side gig
Pretty easy app to navigate and understand. The routes are simple to get done you don’t have to sit around and wait to find your next gag like DoorDash and all the other ones. My first time doing it I had 8 stops all where less them 15 miles from each other all the customers where easy to deal with and professional. Most of my stops where houses that where easy to find. The longest wait time was waiting for the restaurant to pack everything and that was because their printer was not working properly but ones I got to my first stop everything was simple after that. The dispatch number that you communicate with always gets back with me on anything that deals with the app or any situation and questions pretty fast which is always a good thing. The process to sign up was simple and easy and I got signed on in two days I believe. There was no waiting lists like all the others gig apps out there and I made $60 dollars in a hour and a half my first time so that’s pretty good for the type of work. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that needs a little extra money and doesn’t want to go through all the extra stuff like some of the other apps put people through. I do hope that maybe soon you will be able to withdraw your money sooner maybe every 3 day and not once a week but it is pretty new so I’m sure over time that will become available. But in the meantime I’m hoping to continue working with Errand as much as possible. 🤘🏾

Effective errand app
I have been doing food deliveries for a few years now and Errand Runners is one of the easiest and smoothest apps to use for this purpose. I can always count on Errand Runners to get me where I am going and finish my deliveries on time. Great app I highly recommend it.
