Chess.com clearly has some great devs. The Chess for iMessages app is just some extra polish and work away from being one of the best iMessage game apps- a feature that hasn’t been mentioned much lately at WWDC, but I use apps for iMessages regularly. A bit more polish and some updating and I think this is a top 10 app for iMessages hands down.Show lessKyder99
Unplayable due to bug
It tells me I need to log into my icloud to play chess. I am logged in, i have tried multiple resets and refreshes and the app simply doesn’t work. I am updated to the latest iOS, I am using the latest version, I have updated my chess app, and nothing. Please fix!Mexicant.314
Amazing!
Works as intended for playing chess thru iMessage, only issue is when the message doesn’t send and we end up having to restart the whole game. A resend option would make this iMessage app perfect!Cactodemon

love playing chess in iMessages! super fun!
suggestions:
-setting to choose color or randomize at least (instead of the challenging player always being white)
-option to play a CPU (i know there is the chess.com app but would be cool to have in this too, just a few different difficulties)

iCloud Bug
I keep getting the error just like everyone else where you need to login to iCloud to play. Both myself and my friend are logged into iCloud yet we can’t play the game.Browja90
Annoying Bug
Whenever I get sent or try to send a game it tells me I need to sign into iCloud to play which I have and are signed in. The only way I can fix it temporarily is by opening the AppStore and opening the app there and then accepting a game.Fghjbchkoo
